Bent mechanism
Bent mechanism resulting in crooked footrest. After replacing the mechanism, the footrest consistently closed flush.
Broken front rail
Broken front rail on recliner, resulting in the collapse of the seat cushion. Once repaired, the seat is properly aligned.
Broken sleep sofa
Broken sleep sofa mechanism and frame, resulting in the collapse of deck and lowering of seat cushions. After repairing the sleep sofa mechanism, the deck was restored to its proper height.
