Dave came out to our home to repair a Elran sofa leather seat cushion that another person installed wrong. WOW what a difference a professional installer can make , Dave is a TRUE craftsman and takes pride in his work . My wife Anna and I are extremely pleased at the finished results. I contacted David to see if he could fix my recliner. To save me the cost of a visit, he had me photograph the recliner so he could determine the make and the parts needed. David spent an extraordinary amount of time searching for a replacement mechanism and when he found it, he had it shipped to me. Today he arrived and replaced the broken mechanism within one hour. He was professional and extremely nice. He charged me the exact agreed upon price (which was quite reasonable) and only after he left did I discover that he had also tacked back some other areas that had come loose and cleaned up the leather.
